Started 11 days ago, but started exercising 6 days ago. I'm seeing slight changes, lost 1-2 pounds. I do intermittent fasting, starting at 9 and ending at 11, it does get disrupted sometimes. I'll keep on updating. My weight goal is 100-105 kgs.
