Week 4 done. Had some bad days when weight went up a little. I need to tighten up what I'm eating and when I'm eating. Also those few beers (less than usual) still slow down the process.

    January Start Weight: 140.5kg
    January Goal Weight: 138kg
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 110kg - 115kg

    January 6: 140.5kg
    January 13: 139.2kg (-1.3kg)
    January 20: 138.2kg (-2.3kg)
    January 31: 137.6kg (-2.9kg)

    Onto February.

    February Goal Weight - 134kg

I have lost 47 lbs over the past two years and my goal weight is now within reach. I hope to achieve that goal maybe around July with one pound a week of wt loss. A combination of low carb no sugar eating, fasting, and walking is what works for me. Have a great start to the New Year and let's lose some lbs.

    January Start weight: 226.8
    January goal weight: 224.8
    Ultimate goal weight: 200

    January 1: 226.8
January 8: 226.0 ave. 8671 steps per day
    January 15: 227.5
    January 22: 227.2
    January 31: 226.6

    2025 lbs lost 0.2

Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
Original MFP starting weight (January 2018): 168.2
    December 31, 2024 Weight: 158.0 (10-day average 157.2)
December 28 (Starting Weight for this challenge): 158.6 (10-day average 157.3)
January goal: Get back to lower end of maintenance weight range (153 pounds)
Ultimate goal: Stay in maintenance range between (absolutely 140 - 153 and ideally 142-148)

I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    December 28: 158.6 (10-day average 157.3)
    January 4: 157.0 (10-day average 157.3)
    January 11: 154.8 (10-day average 157.0)
    January 18: 155.4 (10-day average 156.0)
    January 25: 153.8 (10-day average 153.5)
    February 1: 153.4 (10-day average 153.4)

Total loss for January: Four pounds. I am just a hair above my ABSOLUTE maintenance range. I'm down 3.8 pounds for the year. The difference is because this monthly challenge started near the end of December for me rather than the beginning of January.

    Keep sticking to it!

    Thank you, @mtaratoot !
I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out since we have our Grandson every morning. He's 2 years old and a pistol!!
