Could I suggest we then insert the ‘averages’ section into a spoiler, so as to cut the page sizes down a bit?

Successes/struggles of the week (last year): Evening grazing. When I was doing well (2021-2023), I knew that I could have an evening snack of EITHER 1 cookie or 1/4 cup of ice cream or 1 piece of fruit or 1 cup of popcorn. But . . . . when I graze . . . I seem to eat one of EACH thing . . .

QUESTION for @missperfectpitch , I prefer to weigh myself on Wednesdays. Should I just edit my weeks accordingly? (Jan 8, Jan 15, Jan 22, Jan 29)

@AmunahSki , not sure what you mean by a "spoiler" like an "attached file"?

I'm not sure how to add a spoiler either, but everyone is definitely welcome to add a spoiler or otherwise abbreviate/shorten their posts!

Yes! Whatever you prefer, you can either keep the dates and just report on what your weigh-ins were on the Wednesday prior to that, or feel free to adjust the dates to be Wednesdays, whatever works and is most convenient for you!
