    Successes/struggles of the week:
    Took a bit of a break from reporting and logging during May. I have been hovering around the 144 mark which is within maintenance but higher than my ideal… I feel ready to settle back in to lose those 3-4 lbs.

    I had to stop running due to a sore foot - that seems better now, so I resumed some very gentle 2-mile easy runs last week, and will stay with that for a while to get back into the swing of it.

    Trust the process!

    I skipped my weekend 36hr fast again this weekend as I am still having challenges maintaining my weight. I was able to maintained a balanced diet, and kept somewhat active with the limitations of my shoulder. I am starting back on the bike this week and I am going to start swimming twice a week as part of my rehab. I am still running a little under my goal weight, and lost another pound over the past week, however, I am still within a healthy range. Have a great week everyone!

    Another week away with lots of exercise (walking, sightseeing) but also buffet breakfasts and dinners. Travelled home on Friday, fluid retention already going. Working towards 49 kg weigh-in by the end of the month.

    Successes/struggles of the week: May's average weight was pretty similar to April though a bit higher, due to more eating out at the end of the month. Starting June off on the high side as well, and expect this next week to be high as well due to a lot of eating out for some celebrations.

    Successes/struggles of the week: Still having another week to go of more meals out than usual due to celebrations, so my average weights will likely remain high. I'm at least able to eat more fresh fruit as more produce is back in season.

    The holiday weight gain dropped off relatively easily with a small calorie deficit. My goal was to be 49 kg by the end of the month – achieved early!

    Struggles: None really, a quiet week at home, back on track with my usual eating and exercise routines.

    Struggles and Successes: I usually post on Monday but got too busy. I did weigh and it was 113.3. Then it went up to 114.6 on Tuesday. Wednesday and today it was back down to 113.3. Either way, I am still in my goal range. Hey!

    My weight dropped below 49 kg during the week – hence the trend came down quite a bit. Then we were out on Saturday, had dinner in a Thai restaurant, next day weight popped up by 0.5 kg.

    Another quiet week at home will bring the trend down a little more.

    Struggles and Successes: I usually weigh and post on Monday. I weighed but didn't post. It is a crazy week for me. Too much going on and I am going out of town for a few days. I decided that I would skip my walks and dumbbells just for this week to help to handle everything. After I get back, I'll get back into it. It will be interesting if I gain much with not exercising and eating at restaurants for a bit.

    Successes/struggles of the week: Still a lot of eating out at restaurants last week, and it shows with higher average weights. This week should be the last of the higher than usual eating out weeks, and then I'll be able to stick with more cooking and meals in, so hopefully the damage won't be too high for next week's check-in.

    Weight drifting very slowly down. I don’t need to be less than 49 kg but it gives me a little wiggle room for the family holiday time which happens later this month.

    Struggles and Successes: I was out of town for a few days and missed my usually reporting day. It was a surprise this morning when I got back that I hadn't gain. I definitely didn't eat "diet" food and really not that much exercise. I suspect, it will hit tomorrow. My body is slow at adjusting. 😀

    Struggles and Successes: I guess I missed reporting here last Monday. Days haven't followed the usual routines lately which is good, but routines do help too. I went under 112 for a few days which had me a little worried. But thinking about it, I am really using up more calories with all the yard work. I slow down and it comes back.

    Successes/struggles of the week: I didn't get a chance to post last week. It's been a hectic week. I'm now back to working from home for the time being, which has its benefits and challenges. Without the commute, I'll have more time to dedicate to workouts and to cooking more instead of relying on pre-made items or takeout. I'll need to make more effort to get my daily steps in though. My weight has been up the past couple of weeks due to lots of eating out. Working on getting it back down again.
