Hi I'm Laken I am 37. My weight fluctuates but I gained weight during the pandemic, and then when my grandmother, who raised me, passed away. I was her caregiver for 7 years. So I put on weight from the stress and then more from grief. If anyone has lost 30 pounds or more OR gained weight because of a death...... what has been helpful for you?

I don't have anyone to keep me accountable. My fiance work schedule sucks right now so he isn't interested. Diabetes runs in my family as well as strokes. So I need to get myself in shape. Any advice very much appreciated.
