Hello!

Hey! I’m Koi. I’ve been working on losing weight using virtual reality, mainly beat saber and walking on an indoor treadmill . I have a very severe fear of going outside and with my routine I’ve been seeing results, lost 21 pounds so far this year. Along with just exercising, I’ve also changed my diet completely. I used to drink soda every single day, a few cans per day, and door dashed food 3, 4, 5 times a week to cutting out soda and door dash completely. Now my diet consists of water, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, chicken and eggs, and an occasional quesadilla to reward myself. My goal weight is between 185-250 lbs and building good habits to make sure I don’t ever get to the position I was in last year. I weighed in at 445 lbs, and currently sitting at 424. I still have a long way to go, and some days I am pretty sad I’m not seeing results faster but I know this journey takes time.
