Hi everyone! I’m back, things have changed a bunch. It’s been a little over a year since I was active. I had knee issues and it’s been a long road. Bad slip in the snow in 2024. Not so much fun when you’re over 40. So I’ve picked up a bunch of weight due to not being active, and I have blood pressure issues. Time to get to work to get back to healthy. Friends are great motivators. Looking forward to anyone that wants to add me.
