I used to LOVE introductions! Now, I feel silly. Howevr, I still find myself doing. You've heard the saying, "It takes a village", right? In this case, I need a city! 😄 🤣

My obvious goal is to lose weight, keep it off and build better habits. Losing weight has been my goal for..like ever? I'm at my highest weight and I've got to say..I'd give anything to weight 250 again.

It's not just a number to me. It's how I FEEL mentally, emotionally physically. I was more active with hiking and taking random adventures, dressing a lot more confident, going out to book clubs, socializing with a stranger. Now, every interaction, relationship, career move/choice is solely based on how I see myself in the mirror.

I've learned instant gratification is NOT the solution. I thought if I ate better and cleaner for a few weeks, walked 10,000 steps a day, etc. I'd look and feel better the next minute. Oh, Mariah. My dear one. You've got a lot to learn and sort out.

In simplistic terms with numbers:

Current weight: 297 lbs

Height: 5'7 ft

I'm 32 ARIES ♈️ birthday was March 24th 🤩❤️👏

Goal weight: 🤷‍♀️ I just want to see the change. 200? 150?

I just downloaded this app, got my watch charged and updated, joined Anytime Fitness and looking into a calorie deficit.

I have the goals, I'm making the plans, I have the will to make the change but I've got to get in my head slow and steady wins the race.

A little more about me. I'm married, no kiddos, 5 fur babies [ 🐱🐱], I prefer reading via my kindle or physical copy over doing really anything else. I'm obsessed with fantasy books with some hot sexy fairies with wings 🔥 🥵 and romance.

I'd love to make friends and get to know others! Sounds cheesy but seriously..I do much better at making friends virtually than real life! Thanks for reading to the end.🙏❤️
