over this crap. Sick of being overweight. Been fat so long. 3 years ago I was 90-95kg which was ok. This *kitten* with my bladder has caused so many problems. Canβt believe how much my stomach has ballooned in a couple of weeks. I feel disgusted.

Hi All,
I'm very happy to be joining you all again for April.
I'm 5'2", working on getting to my goal weight and then staying there. I will tell you all that this month will be different for me. My goal for the month is not really to end up with a loss, but to LOG. In our world, Greek Orthodox Easter (Pascha) is the center of the universe, and there is a lot of feasting. There's a lot of fasting before Pascha, and a lot of feasting afterwards. So when we get to the days and weeks after April 20, I will be continually surrounded by copious amounts of amazing food, and that's great. But I have decided that this year I will continue logging no matter what events are going on in life (until I've been at goal for a little while anyway). My plan is to set my logging to maintenance for the end of April and to just eat at maintenance; even a little over that is OK sometimes, as long as I keep the logging habit.

Probably a bit of that too but I think I should have had a more substantial lunch with more protein. I was just HUNGRY! Iβm happy, however, to see my trend weight continuing to go down.
π° π° π° π° π° 04/28-192.6 π - (Trend Weight: 194.9) I woke up and have been STARVING all day which is not typical for me in the mornings due to Intermittent Fasting habit (more like coffee habit). Iβm trying to push through since tomorrow is an out-of-town doctor appointment and there will be a restaurant dinner. We will probably go to the steak house which shouldnβt be too bad carb-wise but calories will be over for sure. Iβm happy to see my weight is stable today and my trend is still going down. I read my trend weight as my bodyβs faith in me. This feels good.

Today was my weekly weighin. Not the best week, but it could have been worse. My calories were slightly over all week, but I kept my goal of not being over by a huge amount. Also I tracked every day, but a bit incomplete I think. I missed some things and estimated.
So my weight is up very slightly but happy not more.

π° π° π° π° π° 04/30-196.0 -β (Trend Weight: 194.8) Traveled yesterday but I really donβt feel I deserve this. Went to a steakhouse. I ate ΒΎ of the steak, Β½ of the sweet potato and none of the pasta side (boxed up and given to son later). I shared about Β½ the mini loaf of bread with unsalted butter. Water for my drink. After a couple of hours shopping, on the several hour trip home we stopped for a milkshake. Snack last night was a typical 1 oz of nuts. All water or black coffee all day. No breakfast, no lunch and only a little over half my dinner. I know I had that shake but 3 Β½ lb gain overnight? And this was after the morning potty including TMI ! Iβm disgusted with my body. I feel like, βwhat have I done to you?β, that I can have a shake, which, while out of my plan still should not make me gain almost 4 lbs! Thought I would be ending this round with my best round in awhile. I am feeling like throwing my hands up but I am pulling back and committing to making today a good day anyway. I can make it worse or I can make it better. I choose better. See you next round. I remain so proud of each and every one of you for your hard earned accomplishments.

I'm very happy to be joining you all again for April.
I'm 5'2", working on getting to my goal weight and then staying there. I will tell you all that this month will be different for me. My goal for the month is not really to end up with a loss, but to LOG. In our world, Greek Orthodox Easter (Pascha) is the center of the universe, and there is a lot of feasting. There's a lot of fasting before Pascha, and a lot of feasting afterwards. So when we get to the days and weeks after April 20, I will be continually surrounded by copious amounts of amazing food, and that's great. But I have decided that this year I will continue logging no matter what events are going on in life (until I've been at goal for a little while anyway). My plan is to set my logging to maintenance for the end of April and to just eat at maintenance; even a little over that is OK sometimes, as long as I keep the logging habit.
