17 Day Diet

I've been using MyFitnessPal on and off since 2012. Last Thursday, I started the 17 Day diet and am hoping to connect with others who are following it as well. It would be great to support each other and share new recipes-especially since one of the biggest challenges for me is keeping meals interesting and avoiding food boredom.
I came across a group here, but it doesn't seem to be active anymore. If anyone else is doing this diet, I'd love to connect!

I as well have been using myfitness pal along with garmin device since about the same time as you. Just lately dusted off the app and need to get serious. My goal is to drop 20 to 25#. Love to cook so finding interesting recipes is i.potant.
