    @SummerSkier I hope your ankle is feeling better!

    @WarmJellyfish That sounds like a really tough race! Over heating is not good! I hope you have recovered now! I can imagine running in those temperatures with no heat training is very difficult on your body, and that was no short race!

    @martaindale I also have been cutting back in social media, which is why I had 45 posts to read ;). Have fun in South Africa ! I hope you find a good place to run! I’ll be checking Strava ;).

    See you all in June!

    Congratulations on hitting your goal @quilteryoyo!
    Congratulations on finishing @WarmJellyfish, I'd have a hard enough time with hills on a 5km, let alone heat + hills + distance. I'd likely want to cry a bit if I had enough water left in me……
    Great May total @Laurz9191!

    @SummerSkier added

    "injury shuffle" 2x your normal pace, if you are crazy enough to do it

    "Crazy Laps!" repetitive short distance laps (think living room/hospital room)

    Congratulations @WarmJellyfish ! That's some accomplishment, esp. given the conditions. I hope you are recovering well today and your HR is back to normal. The medal is really cute.

    Hahaha @AlphaHowls . That definition sounds about right to me.

    You did great this month @Laurz9191 . Love that you are using your time while your son is at practice to run. Running math is always dangerous and rarely correct. 🤣

    Thanks @John772016 .
