New, looking to have someone to be accountable to:)

I am determined to loose weight for my 11 grandchildren so I can have the energy I had just a few years ago! I have spinal issues so will be doing some lower impact ie. not pull/push ups, more perhaps cardio. Just need someone, apart from myself, to be accountable to in order for me to get my butt off the couch sitting and watching tv reality shows with my dog! 🤣 I’m doing low calorie diet. Anyone interested in helping me/ me helping you with motivation to just “GET UP and DO IT” attitude I’d love to hear from you:) Even if we could do it at the same time would be super fun:) I’m EST.
