Aussie accountabil-abuddies, add me now!

So. Like many of us, I have have been here and done this a few times before. I actually met my goals for the first time in my life with MFP, but life got in the way and although I’m not quite back where I started, I’m not too far off and any habits I had, especially when it comes to exercise and activity, have completely disappeared.
I know what I have to do, I know why, I know what it takes… but it’s so easy to talk myself out of it or give myself a pass.
I’m hoping to add some people like I had here once before, for mutual encouragement and accountability, I truly think having people in my corner really helped me, which is funny because in general I’m quite the introverted “I don’t need anyone, I don’t need help, I can do this in my own” type!
Happy to add anyone who is looking for mutual support instead of talking purely into the void, but a bit about me for the more detail minded;
Eat mostly plant based with the occasional egg thrown in there, I live in an omnivore household with picky teens however so am often cooking two if not three meals. Love meal prepping for myself when I can find the time and don’t get easily bored by meals I love.
Hoping to get back into lifting as well as use the LesMills+ membership I took out in a fit of optimism and have used twice max in months…
The last time I was successful here I worked much less than I do now meaning finding time to workout and meal prep was much easier; any tips on time management and finding the motivation to workout after a long day at work and getting home in the cold and dark will be accepted with open arms…!
