New but not new

Hey y'all, I'm not new to the app, I've been here a few times but I'm hoping this time will be the one that counts. A little back story...I joined in 2017, lost a little, gained a little, got frustrated and quit. Joined again in 2018, lost some, my dad passed away, I couldn't focus so I quit again. I think I joined again at some point and quit again. Same thing again, quit. I refuse to be a quitter again. Hoping to get support and motivation from you all. These posts will make me accountable and I'm sure most will be very vulnerable, I feel like I need to dig deep and put it all out there to get to where I want to be. Kind of like therapy. So let's get this party started!😁

Congratulations for restarting! I’m in your same footsteps of tracking and then not tracking. I recently started a 10 month discount trial of WW. I’m debating on tracking on both, alternating each week or month, or just using one. Let me know what makes you confident that you’ll stay consistent. If you think it will help, I’ll do check-ins with you. I knew I needed to restart again after not fitting my summer clothes and looking at the scale at a doctors office for the first time in a while. No wonder I didn’t fit in my summer clothes being 15 lbs heavier!
