    Hello and welcome!

Honestly, the way to achieve goals is to think of a step you can take in the direction of the goal, and work on accomplishing it. If you keep going, at some point you'll be ready for another step toward the goal, and you can work on that. It can be pretty amazing how small steps over a period of time add up to accomplishing our personal goals, as long as we keep chipping away persistently and patiently.

Those accomplishments, in themselves, can help build our self-confidence . . . at least that's been my experience. Everything doesn't need to be perfect all the time in order to make progress. Making things gradually better makes progress, even if sometimes it's two steps forward and one step back. Sticking with it matters.

You've asked for tips in a lot of areas. I'd like to help, but honestly that list is a little overwhelming! 🙂

I think what I'd suggest is to read the things in the "Most Helpful Posts" sub-topics here in the Community. There are a lot of them, so that's also a thing to chip away at, as you have time and energy for it. They address all the areas you list. There's gold in there, or at least I got lots of good help and insight from reading those when I was new here. I'd suggest starting with these two:

Wishing you success: The quality of life improvement is worth the effort it takes to accomplish it!
