Not Just Another Weight Loss Attempt - Looking Ahead This Time

Hey everyone,

I’ve been on and off the weight loss train for over a decade—lose the weight, gain it back, and each time I end up a little heavier than before. I just restarted my journey three days ago and I’m feeling good about losing the 20 lbs I’ve set as my goal.

But this time, I’m trying something different. I’ve realized that hitting my goal isn’t the finish line—it’s just part of the process. In the past, I’d reach my target and kind of stop everything, thinking I was done. Now I know that maintenance is a whole new challenge, and I’m trying to learn as much as I can about how to keep the weight off once I get there.

If you’ve been through this and found ways to stay on track after reaching your goal, I’d love to hear what worked for you.
Feel free to connect—would be great to support each other along the way!

    Hi there,

Your story is so familiar 🤔, very similar to my own. This time I am trying to connect with someone who has experienced some of my same struggles. I wish you well.

Hi there, I'm new to this site. So many of us have this weight struggle. I'm just getting started again and there is nothing easy about it. But it's nice to know others understand. And its really nice to have support along the way. Im looking forward to meeting others looking for support and encouragement. I have been following a carnivore/ketovore plan for 2 years now and have had lots of success. Anyone else on this journey?
