I'm 5'4.5" around 235 pounds right now. I'm down to a size 18, started around 273 in a size 24.0

The people who are the same size and weight wearing smaller sizes are probably exercising. I have a friend on here who is about the same height as me heavier than me on the scales but wears a smaller size because she exercises.0

This post is just re-enforcing my need to hit the weights, and also how things can vary sooo much. I am 5'4", and I weight 142. I wear a pretty snug 8 Levi Skinny jean and also classic cut. I am seeing people with my same height and weight on this very post wearing a 2 & a 4. This is probably due to body composition, fat is bigger than muscle and weighs less. Time for some squats and leg lifts! Good luck.

I just want to stress that in my bikini pics I'm 150 or so pounds, but in a size six (I'm 145 now). I'm smaller than I've ever been because I'm lifting heavy 3 times a week and tailoring my diet to get plenty of protein so I can retain as much lean body mass as possible. Best decision I ever made was deciding to lift weights.0 -

5'4. Max weight was just under 200lbs, currently at 150lbs. Max size was 18, now wearing size 12. I think that converts to 14 & 8 in US sizes? idk.

I am right in your range and technically ideal weight is about 125 to 140 depending if you have a butt I have one I always wore one size up no butt your are good. 200 pounds should put you at tight 14 to a 16 no bigger than 18. I would love to see 200 hundred again heck I miss my 125 body......Hard work to get it back...0

Interesting responses. My hips and butt are huge. I am 5'4" (just a bit under, I think). When I was my heaviest (291) I wore a 22/24 in jeans. I got down to 180 and was in a 14. I unfortunately got back up to 253, and I was in a tight 18. I'm in the 230s now and the 18s are falling off my waist.0
