Compound - Squat (Hell I can rep at twice my BW now!)
    Iso - Overhead cable extension
    HIIT - Sprints!

Steady State Cardio - I didn't know you were allowed to swear of MFP!?! - Seriously can't stand this, but that more down to the fact I'm too competitive, so I must catch and overtake the runner who overtook me 10 seconds ago, even though my legs were gone about 90 seconds ago..

    Honourable mentions for:

Compound - SOP - Just coz I can press the weight that some of the girls in our gym Squat!
    Iso - Leg Extensions
HIIT - Strongman Medley's! (tyre flips\Clean and Press\Farmers Walks\Atlas Stone for Reps\One Arm Circus DB for Reps

    Compound: Deadlifts

Isolation: Any kind of Bicep Curl (obviously ;) )
    pretty much this

I do pull ups too- but those aren't isolations.

HIIT? I do weight training when I HIIT... I don't do "cardio only".... people forget- hiit isn't anything but a timing method of working out- you can DO dead lifts during a HIIT session.

I love HIIT training- but I pretty much exclusively use it for weight training and calethetics/plyometrics.

Dips! I have to use the assistance machine right now, but I'm slowly moving towards not needing it (very slowly)

    I also love squats.

Cardio - rowing is my favorite right now

I would say dead lifts mainly because I've seen amazing results in like, two weeks from them.

Also, Dumbbell rows (not mentioned yet!) because my back looks killer from them, and they're really easy. And I'm really lazy.

Leg Press! It makes me feel really strong :-)

I also like the elliptical, rowing, and the stationary bike (spin bike).

Generally, compound lifts are my favorite, but if I had to break down my top lifts compound vs. isolation...

    - Isolation movement: Rotator cuff rehab moves to keep me pain free

    - Compound movement: Bench press. I've progressed the smoothest on this lift. Looking to do 100lbs 3x5 on Friday!

    - HITT: Sprints

    - Cardio: Krav Maga (martial arts)

I thought I was going to be the first to mention Dips.

    Upper Compound: Dips
Lower Compound: Deadlift. I love squats, but being able to just lift something heavy off of the floor is better for the ego. If I can ever get power cleans worked out, it'll probably end up those.
