    walden farms peanut butter

I've heard this a lot. Never gonna try that!

what can you do to PB? now I've got to go look up ingredients...

Yetch... well techinically it's peanut spread i guess they can't legally call it peanutbutter since it has no actual peanuts in it

Here goes (remember they are listed in order of how much is used)...
    1) Triple filter purified water (first ingredient...?)
    2) Vegetable,
    3) Fiber,
    4) Sea Salt,
    5) Corn Starch,
    6) Xanthan Gum,
    7) Natural fresh roasted peanut flavor,
    8) Natural peanut extract,
    9) caramel color,
    10) lactic acid,
    11) sodium benzoate,
    12)Sucralose (Splenda)
    13) FD&C Yellow#5
    13) Yellow#6

.... that's it 8 & 9 on the list before we get to anything vaguely peanut oriented and it not actual peanuts.

That is crazy! Why the heck take the time to do all that when real peanut butter is about the easiest thing in the world to make?!

Once I was served octopus in a sushi restaurant that had not been prepared properly (it has to be well massaged or else it is extremely chewy and tough) and I had to pretend to wipe my mouth with my napkin so I could spit it out, I just couldn't eat it.

Blue cheese dressing is what got me when I was a kid. Was at a dinner party and was served salad first off...asked if there was any other type of dressing...nope. Took one bite and was trying with everything I could to swallow that bite....I got it down but not for long...since then I won't go near Blue cheese.

...if anyone needs to cut down on calories, this is the thread to read. I just lost my appetite but reading this was hilarious

Oysters - texture resembles regurgitated phlegm.
Oatmeal - the gloopy texture makes me all pukey although I want to love it!
Offals/tripe/innards - having to look at cut up organs in a cadaver lab for uni ruined it for me, not that I ever loved it to begin with.
Cheese - they smell like socks!
Alfalfa sprouts/beet root - tastes like dirt.
Sausages/black pudding - urghh vomit town.

Vomit flavored trick candy I got tricked into eating. I was told it was mango flavored...

Were those the Harry Potter "every flavour" jelly beans? The "dirt", "vomit", "sardine", and "rotten egg" flavours were horrifyingly accurate

Some years ago, working in Vietnam and we came across this menu item (I'll never forget it):
Snakes head stuffed with weasel intestines, cooked the Chinese way

We had to order it and guess what; it tasted worse than it sounds!
