    So I am torn at what my next move is... My significant other has decided that he wants to strat trying to have kids, while I am over the moon excited about this I am also a little nervous as well. Not just because having a child is a new chapter and a lot of responsibily but more so for the fact that I am two pounds shy of hitting my goal of 20 pounds lost. My overall goal is to drop 60 pounds to get back to a more healthy me. However, I know many people who have gained a lot of weight with their first child and am a little nervous because of this. I do like to exercise on a regular basis but will be a little leary about exercising once I do get pregnant. Any advice anyone can give would be greatly appreciated!! :smile:

    10/8 - 146.2 lbs (lost 1.5 lbs)
    10/15 - 145.3 lbs (lost 0.9 lbs)
    10/22 - 145.5 lbs (gained 0.2 lbs) - Gained, but its okay. Hurt my back and went on a binge this weekend, so lots of water weight. See what happens next week. :)

    I'm going to try to lose 5 but I have doubts....this worked great for me over several months but as I'm in my "home stretch" my loss has slowed down and I wonder if I'm able to lose 5 lbs in a month but I will try! :)
