    i thought is was doing a lot by biking 20 to 26 miles daily but you are doubling that....all i can say is....WOW... STAY STRONG...:happy:

    So.....last night during my Therapy by Treadmill session, I managed to create a massive blister on the bottom of my foot. It starts in the middle of my heel on the bottom of my foot and comes all the way up the side of the foot to just under the ankle bone.:sad: :sad:
    I was wearing shoes that I always use for the treadmill and this has never:noway: happened before. :grumble: It's really put a damper on my plans for today. :cry: I just hope I can get some more walking in tomorrow on the river path while the weather is so nice.:frown:

    Therapy by Treadmill: It's been one of those weeks at work. I chose the treadmill over the pound of chocolate I wanted to curl up with.....at the time I thought it was the healthier choice.:laugh:

    Ok please count me in I have been re-working my program to up other aspects than distance, so I had to assess what I will go for this time. I have set it lower at 120 Km for this month. Good luck to everyone and many thanks for running the challenges.

    So far I have done 48 Km
