Didn't think i would be riding today as i went to the gym for 25 min workout - recently - rejoined! And worked in the yard 73 min.
But Hubby came home and was going for a ride - and i said -"well, not without me!"

Today is my last day at the spa/resort. Can you add 7 miles? The first five were part of a two hour hike in the Sonoran desert. There was no way I could have done this last year/40 pounds ago, but I kept up, didn't breathe any heavier than anyone else and had a blast. My Fitbit vibrated for the 10K steps before we were done.
I'll be home tomorrow night and can access my ticker. Thanks for doing the math for me this week :flowerforyou:0 -
