    I have been away for business. I did elliptical and lots of walking, but no fitbit to gauge my distance off the elliptical. This morning I hit the gym! Playing catch up!

    PS - Oh, and I got a 3.3 mile Run/Walk in (mostly run!) last night on the treadmill at the gym while watching the season premiere of Biggest Loser.

  • So I was able to get in my run on Monday before this crazy week took over! I ran 3.15 miles and PR'd again on my 5K on the treadmill. I have my first official timed race on Saturday (I have not run an official timed race in since JULY!!! EEEKKKK!!!

    PS I have also change my mileage goal from 70 to 50 because I believe I was over confident in myself before looking at my schedule. And my plan is to stay at 50 miles per month until I am consistently able to beat that goal!!

    This is great progress over last month!!! As you can see, we have many, many less participants that are seriously behind! A few more that are juuuuust a smidge behind, but that's easy enough to fix with just a little extra work! :bigsmile:

    Just noticed that I passed the 2000 cumulative mile mark. I know DCMat does that in less than 2 months, but for those of us who move on two feet, that's a long way!

    113.77/100miles completed.

    I did a total of 1.04 miles walking to measure the part of the track that I was going to do intervals on. I changed my mind and just decided to run and I set my app to alert me if I'm below a certain pace. The app does state that it's still in the trial stage, and boy, they're right. I got tired of the buzzing that kept going off even when I was above the target pace, so I stopped at .67 miles, and then I tried to do what I came there to do, intervals. But, I was so annoyed and tired. I quit at .47 miles. The layers of clothes that I had on didn't help.

    I am surprised that Oregon weather is holding up, so I am getting as many good rides in as I can. Beautiful sunny day, little wind.
