Mixed with creamy horseradish sauce or a wedge of laughing cow, salt and pepper. Toasted with the bread in a frying pan with some spinach and tomato on top, usually.

As a steak. Pressed in to roughly broken black peppercorns and quickly seared to very rare.

Bumble Bee solid white in water. Add a tablespoon of mayo and that's about it. However, the apple's sound good, thinking granny smith maybe, a nice sour apple mixed in. Yum.

  • I found some low sodium fairly tasty marinara sauce.

So I eat that on a piece of whole grain bread and a slice of low fat colby jack cheese.

100 calories for the bread (optional ; about half the time I eat it in a bowl)
    50 for the cheese
    50 for the sauce

    Delicious :)

Usually in the packet plain. With some celery salt if I have it in my work bag. It's a very quick, low fat, low cal way to grab 17g of protein. I keep a few packets in my desk.

With a little sweet relish, boiled egg, light miracle whip, and lemon pepper seasoning.

I do like a little chopped apple in chicken salad though.
