    tossed with hot pasta, diced tomatoes and chopped spinach. Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt and voila!
    Easy peasy supper

    I've only just started eating tuna. The way I have it is a can of tuna with chilli mixed in with Uncle Ben's Mexican 90 sec Rice. Yummo!
