I found some low sodium fairly tasty marinara sauce.
So I eat that on a piece of whole grain bread and a slice of low fat colby jack cheese.
100 calories for the bread (optional ; about half the time I eat it in a bowl)
50 for the cheese
50 for the sauce

Usually in the packet plain. With some celery salt if I have it in my work bag. It's a very quick, low fat, low cal way to grab 17g of protein. I keep a few packets in my desk.0

i've been eating it for every lunch lately now that I've been told to lower my cholestrol. Drained white albacore with lite mayo, onion salt and some pepper on some whole grain bread and american cheese. If I have veggies on hand to throw in I'm all for it.0
