It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again.0

And, the reason why you won't starve on the diet is:
"Because HCG releases your fat reserves, your body begins to “consume” the fat, which acts as a source of energy in place of food. In essence, you burn about one pound of fat each day (one pound is 3,500 calories). Therefore, your total consumption each day will be about 4,000 calories – 500 from food and 3,500 from fat. That is why most patients do not experience extreme hunger while using HCG."
Are you counting your fat consumptIon calories yet?
But the pharmaceutical manufacturers of HCG injections state right on the label that it does NOT do this. Still, medical professionals and clinics are still telling patients it does. :noway:0 -
just had a shower...im trying to log the coco butter i put on but i cant find it in the food list...can anyone help?
Brilliant. LOL : D0 -

I just read about a diet program (a variation of the HCG diet) that discourages people from using body lotion as adds to their extra calorie intake?!?!?! Something about the HCG "putting your body in a state of lypolysis and is searching for fat to burn. It will pull the oil in the lotion right through your skin."
So if you're not losing weight, ditch the body lotion.
Hey OP, just because it is on the internet does not mean it is true. Just saying....0 -
Finally an answer to my plateau!0
-
It's ok. My soap contains green tea extracts, so that will cancel the lotion.0

OK girls!!! Here's the truth!
I weighed myself this morning.
Then I took a shower with conditioner (no shampoo today, sorry) and next put lotion on.
I weighed myself again and was 3 pounds heavier!!
After that, I blow dried my hair and finished up my morning routine. Obviously this is FACT, not FICTION. You really ARE heavier after you shower and after you put lotion on!0 -

I thought it was my shampoo that was making me fat. After all, it says: "Adds extra body"
The Daily Mail agrees so it must be true :noway:

dammit you beat me to it LOL0 -
Bumping so I can read after a bit....
:laugh:0 -
this actually makes a ton of sense....
lotion is typically a moisturizer....thereby keeping your skin hydrated...
drop the lotion and drop the water weight!
you'll shrivel up and look like the crypt keeper, but SFW!!! at least you lost the weight!
RIGHT GUIZE?0 -
and don't forget this warning too...
Shampoo Warning !
When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and Printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning,
"FOR EXTRA BODY AND VOLUME."
No wonder I have been gaining weight!
Well! I have gotten rid of that shampoo and I am going to start showering with Fairy Liquid instead. Its label reads,
"DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."
Problem solved!0 -

Masculine arms are the hotness0 -
I *knew* there was a reason the nutritional information was unavailable for my cocoa butter lotion! It's determined to make me FAT!
Why didn't I see that before? I mean, Butter=Fat, right?!?!?! Obviously, it's my lotion's fault I am battling thunder-thigh-itis.0 -
Thank you for the great laugh! Next - stop using deodorant b/c it will rub on weight.0
-
I use body lotion all the time, probably why I put on 70 lbs!!0
-
