    You've gone from looking like a really old guys to fit young one.

    interestingly your dastar really accentuates the difference in your face- the ratio of headdress to face has really changed.

    Absolutely, walking walking walking.

    I generally do about 40mins at lunch time ~ 2 miles and then either the treadmill in the garden shed for 30 or 45 mins at a fast walk or about an hour of actual walking as we live on the outskirts of a town, so there are lots bridleways and footpaths offroad that are inspiring.

    More recently, I go to the gym a couple of times a week - treadmill, static bike, cross trainer in each session, sometimes a 15 mins swim to cool off.

    Walking is the best though. I can drag the kids along sometimes too, just to try and burn some of their hyperactive energy.
