    OP, many people on this site are against juice fasts, for good reason.

    If you want information about proper nutrition, and proven successful weight loss strategies, I'm sure we'll all be happy to give it.

    If you want unconditional support regardless of what you do, you'll need to find groups of people who think exactly the same as you so your beliefs will never be challenged.

    Okay well telling me I can't do it will only make me push harder. Seriously, some of the comments very negative. And FYI after the 100 days I plan on a day off eating less than 2000 cal then going back on it another 100 days. Then I will be eating lean protein and gym will be a habit.

    Seriously the telling me I will fail is just wrong. I came here a couple days ago for motivation. I don't expect this to be a forever thing of juicing completely every meal. But for these 100 days it will be.
    no it's realistic.

    you can take the advice as what it is.. or you can be stubborn and continue a path of fail.

    100 days of only juice? That sounds quite horrible, and not terribly healthy. Sorry. I don't normally comment negatively on people's diet choices, but that sounds horrible

    And unnecessary.

    ^^ This. He said it a lot more nicely than I would have though. I will say one thing though. Your attitude of "telling me I can't do it will only make me push harder" is a good attitude when it comes to weight loss and accomplishing goals, but if you never listen to opposing viewpoints, then that attitude can be extremely dangerous and foolish.

    Eat some food.

    I can't take the side effects. I do an ayurvedic cleanse for 7 days 2x/year. You eat actual food...it is much easier to take but is still quite effective.

    Sorry if you don't like some of the things or ways people said it. These posts happen every day and I'm sorry but they NEVER end well. All you have to do is search and you will see. It's not hard.

    Starving yourself with a juice fast isn't going to solve anything. You may lose weight, but it'll be muscle which is what you don't want to lose.

    It's about moderation not deprivation. Eat the amount you need to fuel your body and your workouts. You can make the gym and healthy eating a habit without a juice fast.

    Let's see.... I can lose 70lbs in 6 months while eating food, and moving my *kitten*....I'll take that over starving myself any day.

    I wish you luck in your journey, and hope it works out for you though. I just chose the healthy way of losing weight.

    I got a nutra bullet and love it. I just drink a green, healthy, concoction everyday ? I just add it to my intakediet and getting more of what I need but what I wouldnt normaly consume. It's in no way a meal replacement !

    AND TO THE OTHERS LOL..
    To start with if you eat ANY kind of gmo or processed foods then I seriously don't want your negative feedback.

    Plus as for the protein I am juicing to get weight off as I have much to get off. The protein will be part of my usual diet when my goal weight is reached.

    My husband is a very muscled up pilot plus a fitness trainer and he will juice a couple breakfasts and lunch every so often. So I have a live in trainer for life.

    I know I am not going to have weight loss surgery. That isn't for me. Health wise I need the weight off. Juicing has already made a huge dent in body weight in just 4 days and my joints feel so much better already!

    I seriously came here for motivation. Juice fast do work! If you are devoted to them and weightless. In fact it is easier to juice as I don't have to really read all calories and fat..etc.
    I just juice and drink.. Completely guilt free, no worry of gaining as you constantly and steadily lose weight. Doing it every meal. I do it whenever I'm hungry though.

    I'm not starving or hungry at all either :)

    I seriously can't wait to show my before and after pics at end of juice fast 100 days.

    So for all the negative remarks I forgive you.

    You won't have the energy to hit the gym. Might I suggest a website called Pro Ana? They just want to lose weight and don't care how they do it :wink:

    Have you any idea why all the successful people on here emphasise the importance of a good protein intake while losing weight?
    You are deliberately depriving yourself of one of the key components of successful FAT loss.

    You are making a huge mistake - please discuss this with a medical professional if you choose to believe all the people on here are being negative when they are trying to save you from harming yourself.
