I am already doing a "biggest loser" type challenge, so anything to help my numbers. This is my first time, and with the weather so unpredictable, I will rely mostly on my elliptical and my 0.5 mile lunchtime walks.

My goal for November will be 30 miles. I think that should be doable.

Even with the encroaching cold and darkness, I am going to increase my goal a teeny bit this month and shoot for 85 miles of running :)

First timer to this challenge! I'll try for 50 miles walking in November, though hoping I'll pass that.

Another first-timer here. I'm going to try for 150 kms (fitbit) for November. I'm a walker who is about to start the C25K so mine will be a mix of walking and very slow running ;)

I'm in for another 200 miles for November.

I also have decided to join Denise's No Scale November challenge (bluiz13) because I am constantly stressed about my weight instead of focusing on the fact that I can *now* wear a L tee and have it be a little baggy on me and a 16w jeans and have them gape at the back.

Rindy12, I do have a real bike but lack the coordination to ride it. I put all of my miles on the stationary and confuse the crap out of people when Runtastic logs it as an ergometer.
