Goal for November: 65 miles!
Lower than last month - starting a 12 week half marathon training program so a lot more running and a lot less biking!0 -

Ok im putting in 7 miles today. So sorry I couldnt help out last week I was really sick and could barely stand up. I woke up this morning and was like wow im not sick and im gonna make today count since I've been inactive for a week. I feel like in just that week the saying "use it or lose it" is totally true. I tried several times though while sick I did like 40 sec. On the elliptical and about got sick then I thought I would atleast try a walk and made it to the bottom steps before turning around. I am a pretty determined person and will try even when im down. So I may just add another mile or two later we'll see. I luv this MYA Challenge.0

This is my first time doing this and I know November is going to be a tough month for me but I need to get moving. I haven't been doing much exercise at all, so I'm going to aim for 30 miles...an average of 1 mile a day. I just need to get moving and this will help!0
