    November goal will be the same as I just made it in October and less time will be spent outside. So, November goal is 60 miles.

    Geting some points on the board:
    miles: 1.1 stairmaster, 1.0 treadmill, 1.91 walk (Also Started lifting weights squats, bench etc. - can't count here :smile: )

    Total "November Miles: 4.0

    Goal for November: 65 miles!

    Lower than last month - starting a 12 week half marathon training program so a lot more running and a lot less biking!

    I'm in! Starting small this month, as I don't really know how many miles I've been getting so far running.

  • Ok im putting in 7 miles today. So sorry I couldnt help out last week I was really sick and could barely stand up. I woke up this morning and was like wow im not sick and im gonna make today count since I've been inactive for a week. I feel like in just that week the saying "use it or lose it" is totally true. I tried several times though while sick I did like 40 sec. On the elliptical and about got sick then I thought I would atleast try a walk and made it to the bottom steps before turning around. I am a pretty determined person and will try even when im down. So I may just add another mile or two later we'll see. I luv this MYA Challenge.

    This is my first time doing this and I know November is going to be a tough month for me but I need to get moving. I haven't been doing much exercise at all, so I'm going to aim for 30 miles...an average of 1 mile a day. I just need to get moving and this will help!

  • I chose 150 miles for the month of November. I also use Noom Cardio Tracker, an app that records my mileage for me so I don't need to estimate. :drinker:
