    So yesterdays hike up and down Mam Tor a couple of times in Castleton 6.5miles at 8.4%, conditions made progress pretty hard going working on my balance and defo a cardio on the Ascent. Need to plan the next one.

    The cold weather & less daylight is here to stay . . . Even the snow has started to fall in NH :-)

    Nov. 2nd: 1 mile (*Drills*)
    Nov. 3rd: 7 miles (*4th Leg of the MHT City Marathon*)
    Nov. 6th: 10 miles (*60+ degrees in Nov. - Gotta get out and run)
    Nov. 7th: 1.5 miles (*Drills*)
    Nov. 8th: 1 mile (*Swimming*)
    Nov. 9th: 7 miles (*Run*)
    Nov. 11th: 1 mile (*Drills*)
    Nov. 18th: 4 miles
    Nov. 20th: 3 miles
    Nov. 22: 12 miles (*Spin*)

    ***Nov. 24th: 13.1 miles - This was my 1st Half-Marathon !!!!

    Total (so far): 60.6 miles

    Goal for November: 75 miles (***11/25: Doesn't look like I'm going to make this month's goal***)

    Not going to make my goal this month, but I can cross "Run a 10k" off my goal list. Did that Saturday, despite the cold temp. Official time 1:04:51.5, pace 10:28

    Adding 6.68 miles (including warmup and cool down walks)

    I don't think I'll be able to make the final 5 miles, unless my ankle/achilles tendon miraculously starts to feel better than it has for the past week. I foolishly thought I could handle the C25K since walking was so easy...my body disagreed vehemently.

    Definitely won't be making my goal this month, but will be setting the same goal for next month. Ran for the first time in the wicked cold on Saturday...wasn't the worse thing in the world, but slowed me down a bit. You all are such an inspiration!

    I felt much better towards the end of the weekend. I let my fitbit battery go dead, left it on the charger at work all day Thursday (still wearing the clip). I also have had several issues with my mobile MFP app not syncing since the new IOS update. BUT I finished the week pretty strong. And I'm not guessing for when I wasn't wearing my tracker.

    Walking: 42.9 miles
    Stationery Bike: 50 miles

    November: 92.9 miles

    OMG! I almost forgot to check in!!! According to RunKeeper, I have surpassed my goal.

    92 TOTAL miles : )

    The cold sucks! I may have to decrease it next month. Getting to the gym will be awful and being outside is not a happy thought in this weather.

    Just wanted to say congrats to all that have made and surpassed their goal. Way to move ur butt! :) Those like me that are still working on it "we got this!" Still have plenty of days to get those last minute miles in :)
  • 4 miles today, 2 from c25k and 2 from walking after wards. I realized, I'm not likely to hit my goal, though Ill keep pushing for it, but not much time left, and the time left is pretty crazy. No matter what happens though, where I'm at right now is a victory. This time last year I had to quit working out all together, as well as quit work and driving. Then as I started to get back to things, had Gallbladder removed. I still don't know if I will ever be where I was two summers ago, but to be regularly active again is a celebration in itself.
