You need to throw a party for three friends.

Yes, this. You split the 3/4 cupcake amongst them, then you send me one and eat the other 3.

How about.... split the 3/4 amongst your three friends, send her one, send me one, and eat the other 2?

I say eat one every day for breakfast and work it into each day's calories. Chocolate cake for breakfast! And you'll be exercising, so it'll go toward fueling your workout.

So three cupcakes is okay? I already had 2 today.

I am a little confused at all the answers.

Well, maybe you should send me 2, send Kirby 1, and eat the last one.

You mean juicing? I've heard of that before, it's supposed to be good for you.

Throw them down the garbage disposal! A starving child in African does not need those cupcakes, he needs nutritious food.

I do actually. My boyfriend asked me to lose another 15-20 pounds.

    Are you serious?

    LOL

But seriously, if you want to 'get back on track', START RIGHT NOW. Don't wait until tomorrow.

Throw those cupcakes away or give them to someone else. If you eat them you'll feel bad, but if you give them to someone else they will be happy and that will make you feel good

This is what I do every time I make a chocolate cake.

    Chocolate.

Well, you may have to eat them then. Chocolate is not to be wasted.

I'm not clear on the "everyone needs a break" philosophy. If your plan meets your nutritional and emotional needs, you don't need a break from it. I eat good food, enjoy it all, plan for special occasions and treats and practically never go over my calories. If I know I'm going to a restaurant or having a special occasion, I either save up calories, exercise a little more, or make good choices. Usually a combination of all three.

To me, "taking a break" means not grading papers all evening, but curling up on the sofa with a book. Or taking the rare mental health day.

You should use them to sabotage the girls that are prettier or skinnier than you. Give them all the cupcakes and laugh internally as they get fat.

Freeze them till you can afford to eat them.
