Top 10 frequent foods (and drink)

In frequent foods on MFP, with 'all meals' selected, my Top Ten looks like this:

Mug of - Coffee With Milk & Sugar
Coffee - Brewed, espresso
Butter - Salted
Homemade - Bread - Sourdough
Cucumber - With peel, raw
Red Wine - Abv Approx 13%
Radishes - Raw
Bananas - Raw
Tomatoes - Red, ripe, raw, year round average
Generic - Single Malt Scotch at 40% Abv

If I was to disregard the coffee and booze, my next four foods are Marmite, cheese, baby leaf salad and plums. I clearly don't eat as much meat as I thought, or there's just more variety. I guess these things are what I have week in, week out.

I'd like to see the Top Tens of other maintainers!

Most of mine are breakfast and lunch, which I eat pretty consistently in a narrow range:

    Coffee - Brewed, espresso
    Sugar - Sugar Packet
Chobani - Greek Yoghurt Plain Nonfat
    Bob's Red Mill - Muesli
La Tortilla Factory - Smart and Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Whole Wheat Small
    Cream - Half and half
Roast Beef Sliced - Roast Beef - Deli Sliced
    Generic - Mesclun Salad Mix
Fruit - Pear Bartlett - Raw - Medium
Bob's Red Mill - Honey Oat Granola

This is essentially a cup of coffee with cream and sugar (I drink plain espresso for breakfast, but with cream and sugar at lunch), granola or muesli with yogurt and fruit for breakfast, and a roast beef rollup for lunch.

If you went beyond that, you'd see nuts (cashews or pistachios), grilled chicken or pork, and grilled vegetables. We grilled every dinner from June until mid-September and are still grilling now in November in northern OH.

    Hmmmm~

Coffee with half and half, and stevia
Oatmeal with almond milk, stevia, vanilla protein powder, flax seeds, blueberries
    Grilled Chicken
    Asparagus
Smoothie made with red seedless grapes, blueberries, mixed berries, banana, spinach, protein powder and Ice
    Brown Rice

You probably do eat way more protein sources than that, that's why they don't show up on the top ten list. They're diluted. But you put the same condiments on them - so mayo shows up on the list. Cutting back won't take them off the list, unless you cut them out of some meals, entirely. It's not a bad thing.
