    I don't eat a lot of meat, I knew this already. I'm also gluten sensitive so I do not eat wheat bread, hence the white bread being near the top of my list. I am also lactose intolerant but the cheese stick does not bother me.

    Click Add Food and under the entry space is a "Or add your favorites" with a dropdown you can use to choose All Meals. Then just under that are several tabs (recent, frequent, My Foods, Meals etc) Choose frequent and it will give you a list of your most frequently used foods in a list. :)
