    I don't deal with this particular list because it is all wrong. There are items on there that I haven't eaten in months and things I eat almost everyday (steel cut oatmeal) that don't even show up.

    I drink a shake everyday for breakfast, and have for 4 months, so that accounts for the shakeology / protein / almond milk at the top of list.
    For lunch, I alternate frequently between veggie soup or a sub .
    Then for supper, I have ate alot of chicken and fish.
