Umm, no. I will not hit the weights. And not because I think it'll make me bulky.
    1. I don't want to.
    2. I reeeaallly enjoy walking and jogging.
    3. I have no intentions of paying for a full gym membership to have access to weights.
    4. I'm still working on losing fat, toning is for when I'm closer to my goal. I can barely do many squats or lunges right now.

I don't get why so many people think everyone should lift. People are going to do what they enjoy.

Don't worry, you won't pick up the weights and magically turn into a pro body male body builder. It takes work to get bulky, lots and lots and lots and lots of hard work.

If you like running there's nothing wrong with that, it depends on your goals. I lift weights to preserve muscle mass while at a calorie deficit, I also want to build muscle mass in the future after I hit my goal weight and have functional strength in real life. Running isn't as important to me. If you want to be the best damn runner you can be and weights aren't important to you, that's actually ok.

Do what you like to do, and do it often. The end.

I like lifting, so I do it.

Why do people care SO MUCH about what random women in the world are doing for fitness? Has it ever occurred to you, OP that people don't give 2 $h!ts what you think would make their body look "better"?

This thread can die now. The women know and are lifting.

Thanks to the OP for his instrumental posting in making this happen.

Our best hope at this point is for it to roll off our recent list.

Just 50ish more posts to go.

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is kicking my butt! Circuit seems to be best of both worlds.
