Total newbie to using this, even though I signed up a long time ago.
I did good for a month on weight watchers, but the points thing drove me nuts, since everything is posted in calories in this world!

Hey, Lorraine, there is a forum for the recipes just below the Motivation & Support forum when you click on the 'Community" tab. Also, if you click on the "Food" tab, there is a "Recipes" button.
The easiest way to record your weight is to click on "My Home" or the "myfitnesspal" logo in the top left corner. It should show you the remaining calories, your recent activity, and your picture. Under your picture, there is a little scale with a plus (+) sign on it. Click on that to update your weight.

Hi, I am gennasmom1998. I have been on my fitness pal since about 9/30/13. Would love to join your group. I did not lose the 1st month. Not eating enough, I walk between 5-7 miles a day and had not been replacing the calories body shutdown. In the last month I have lost 11 lbs and I have 70-80 more to go. Thanks0
