A little over a year- from 412lbs to 293lbs

Hello all :)

I have been on a mission to be healthy for a little over a year. I wanted to share my success thus far! I have lost 119lbs and that makes me a smidge over half way to goal- only 118lbs more left to go. I know I am still a work in progress, but I did want to share my progress because even though I have a long way to go, I sure have come a long way.

    First off, congratulations! I know the feeling, I went from 307 to 189 in about the same time, and now am hitting the gym trying to "firm up" the loose/extra skin. I too still have a ways to go, but as I've said, "I'm not there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!".. (I think I need a T-shirt that says that)
