    Wow very amazing and congratulations to you hun .. I myself was 340lbs a few months ago and I got down to 306llb. I joined this site about a week ago and with some very lovely encouragement I have got myself down to 291.1 which is great but still a long way to go as I want to get to 140lbs :) please add me so we can show eachother support along the way if you like, I would do it myself but as a newbie here I am not actually sure how to send a request hahaha.. Good luck hun keep up the good work :) x
