Thanks for the encouragement. Good advice Barbie to tackle one thing at a time.
Jane, I have to wean myself off sugar also. Once I eat something sweet I can't stop.
We're in our warm Jammie's watching football (dh is watching I'm on my new iPad). We ate lunch out and It made me be over my calories for the day. At least I'm logging and getting back in the habit.
My wish for all of you is that you will be happy and healthy next year and achieve whatever you set your mind on as your goals.
