Just found out today that I have to sloooooow down.....UGH!!! This is sooooo not me!! I'm still gonna workout but much slower and much lower impact. I have multiple torn tendons...been hurting for about six months now with no relief!! I'm gonna really try hard!! :drinker:
Yikes! As frustrating as it is, you know you're doing the right thing by slowing down. You're taking care of your health now so that you can heal and maintain your activity down the road. *sends strong mending vibes*

I'm not sure why I keep logging. I know I won't make it, I want to keep going with my running, but clearly need the rest day to get through without my Si joints and hips acting up too much. I will be done with C25k after this week, then will be headed to Reno, so will have 4 days off from any activity, (2 driving and only 2 with family) After C25k, I will continue to run, but won't be increasing much, so maybe I will be able to get more hours in then.
NEVER GIVE UP!! Keep logging to see where you actually get for the end of the month, and then next month you strive harder to exceed the results from the previous month. December is a difficult month, with all the parties, family time. etc. But you are doing great and remember you are running circles around the people on the couch and that is all that matters right?
