An English muffin with an egg and a fifth of an avocado on it. Would have loved some cheese, but unfortunately couldn't find any floating around.

I had a homemade quiche and 14 greeen grapes. The Quiche has 98 calories when I make 10 servngs. I use the Non-Stick Brownie Pan that has the 8 separate loaf pan divisions (the other two portions are cooked in separate ramekins). The ingredients are 8 egg whites, 6 whole eggs, Spinach, Pace Picante, a bag of Jimmie Dean Turkey Sausage crumbles and a few mini sweet bell peppers. I season it with McCormicks salt free SPICY seasoning. 350 for 30 minutes - reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

I had a leftover cinnamon roll from supper last night, that I had made in my bread maker. It's a pain to make them, but so worth it
