Even though I joined Nov of 2012, I just started using mfp 3 days ago. I had a serving of oatmeal with 3 teaspoons of brown sugar (I normally add canola based margarine and honey), one egg fried in PAM spray (I normally have 2 eggs w/ ketchup) and one medium banana. Plus coffee w/ 1/2 cup fat free milk. That was 338 calories.0

I had a homemade quiche and 14 greeen grapes. The Quiche has 98 calories when I make 10 servngs. I use the Non-Stick Brownie Pan that has the 8 separate loaf pan divisions (the other two portions are cooked in separate ramekins). The ingredients are 8 egg whites, 6 whole eggs, Spinach, Pace Picante, a bag of Jimmie Dean Turkey Sausage crumbles and a few mini sweet bell peppers. I season it with McCormicks salt free SPICY seasoning. 350 for 30 minutes - reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds.0
