    1. No beer or sweets until my birthday (ok, it's Feb 9th...so I can do this one).
    2. Log my food consistently for 6 days/week.
    3. Do more than 1 unassisted chin-up
    4. Renew my teaching cert/add special ed cert (unrelated to fitness)
    5. Take another grad course in the fall

I think that's it for now.

I want to lose 22 pounds (so I'll weigh 90 pounds)

Wow! 90 lbs? My 9 yr old weighs 73 and he's very average and active. I can't imagine a 90 lb adult. I hope this is a safe goal weight for you.

I have these same goals! I am recovering from a sprained foot and ankle so I can't run right now but I will start up with my trainer again next month and work on core/strength so that when I can start running again I am ready. I have made this goal so many times over the years but I "feel" it for 2014! This is my year!

Maintain and keep off the 75 pounds I've lost over the last couple of years. I enjoyed the holidays and now need to get back on track and be sure I stay within the 4 lb. swing I allow myself because I'm on the upper end of that number right now. But it's ok...I just need to cut back a bit. I have felt so much better and don't want to go backwards again!
