I estimated 4000 quick add calories. Might have been more. I ate more desserts than entrees.

Butter, sugar, and flour. Super-calorie dense. And delicious. And occasionally, very, very very worth it!

Yup 8010 in one day. There is a good reason I gained 40 pounds in three months. I have an amazing ability to pack food in my body. Like a hamster. Hamster style eating. And in case you are wondering, I am 5'3" and 115 pounds.

Yup. Cookies and candy. Very little protein. Some veggies. Cause fiber is my friend. And on my birthday and Christmas, I ate like a queen and enjoyed every minute :)

Skillz. I can eat more than my boyfriend who is double my size. Always have had this skill. When I was a child I once ate an entire box of hamburger helper and half a huge watermelon. In an hour. It is an amazing and dangerous skill.

I don't feel full unless I drink tons of water when I eat. Like 32 ounces at each meal and 16 ounces at snacks.

I estimated around 6000 calories, 2000 of which were the oreo cookie cheesecake that my sister made! I made a conscious choice to indulge and enjoy everything. Back on the wagon today, and most importantly.........

    ABSOLUTELY NO REGRETS!!!

Less than I thought I would. About 2500 calories, roughly 300 more than maintenance, and I ate pretty much everything I wanted, including 3 alcoholic drinks. Breakfast was a granola bar, because I had to hit the road, and lunch was soup, just to tide me over until the mid-afternoon main event of pork roast, stuffing, gravy, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and sweet potato rolls. Then a few cookies with coffee for dessert. If I had skipped the eggnog and either the wine with dinner or the beer after (just one alcoholic drink), I would have been at maintenance. Or if I had just gone to bed when I got home instead of sitting up watching a movie and downing three more sweet potato rolls, I would have been at maintenance. But I don't see the point of that on Christmas Day.

I didnt do too bad - was over my allowance by about 1000 calories - ie ate around 2500 altogether.

Very estimated guess work though - eyeballed and logged the sizes I thought I ate at lunch plus one big piece of cake, ate aprox same again at tea and just put it in as quick calories.

Plus drank quite a few calories too.

    oh well.
  • I ate so much, the scale is not my friend right now! blah!
  • I am not weighing. I don't care to know how much water weight I have gained.

I've never ever been small, but I can eat WAAAAY more than people that are bigger than me. Some people just can't wrap their heads around how much those of us who are "truly gifted" can eat!
