    I am 34 year old

    My starting weight was 196lbs
    My current weight is 173lbs
    My 1st goal weight is 150lbs which I hope to reach in sometime in June this year.

    I am not completely fixated on the scale and I also measure once a month and am more concerned about how I look in my clothes and naked!! I currently take a 1 hour bootcamp class 2 times a week and lift 2 times a week. I also have a very active job where I walk for about 6 hours a day 5 days a week. I want to work on my running (I am not a runner) to race a few fun 5km runs this summer. I eat anywhere between 1400-2000 cals per day depending on my exercise that day.

    I looked through a few pages and found some nearish-twins through this thread, awesome! Here are my stats:

    23 F with a full time office gig
    5'2
    hw: 199
    cw: 169
    gw: 125ish, not deadset

    I've committed to daily, complete logging, and right now I'm working on incorporating a lot more exercise into my life.

    Twins, step twins, kinda sorta twins: get your *kitten* into my friends list haha.

    I exercise as much as I can, walking and circuit training DVDs mostly, usually an hour or more 3-4 times a week, but I am not averse to going a week without exercise. I have been maintaining for a while rather than losing but am gathering up the motivation to obliterate that last 20 : )

    I'm 21 years old, full time student, sw/cw 165...gw 130! I work out at least three times a week (more when not studying for exams lol) and with a goal to race in a 10k before the year is done! I'm logging my food every day and super committed so please add me and we can cheer each other on!! :D:D

    I'm 5'5 and I'm 23 years old. I work out 4 to 5 days a week including cardio and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred.

    I searched the forum for "diet twins" and found this thread :) I'm also looking for a twin. I will log daily, check-in a few times a week, and am just looking for consistent support.

    Hi, I'm a 30 yr old Female, 5'5". Currently 153lbs but would like to get to 130 ish. My exercise consists of walking the dog, and light jogging but would like motivation to do more.

    I think this is a really good idea. I started my diet with a couple of colleagues - who have now fallen by the wayside.

    Having a diet twin to share achievements and swap tips with would be great.

    Hi everyone... loving this idea of a twin!

    GW 156 - (by the time I am 50 in November!!)

    I have restarted MFP today...

    I have just started doing a Pilates DVD daily, I walk the dog every day - hate exercise, love wine .... hence the weight problem. Anyone wants to twin up with me please do....
