    Someone asked how this was racist. Would you tell a dark black person to lighten /bleach their skin? No, cause that would be incredibly racist. So it's always baffled me how it's acceptable to tell someone with pale skin to tan... aka purposely burn their flesh to achieve another skin color.

    This is the color I was born with, despite being almost 1/3 native. If the powers that be wanted me tan, the genetics for it are there, but I'm not and I only burn. So I take it as a sign that this is the color I was meant to be. Trying to change it because some people don't find it attractive seems ridiculously silly. ;P
