Original goal of 300 lbs reached and still going. Starting 509 lbs. Current 296 lbs. New goal 250 lbs.
Wow, you have done AMAZING!!
Looking at your after photo, my first thought was that you have to be very tall because 296 looks quite svelte. Then I noticed the door frame, which confirmed it.

One year, almost 45 lbs down at 52.
Really started to see a difference when I started to lift heavier weights. Still working on toning up and now attempting the very challenging maintenance part. Wish me luck

From December last year till now, I still have about 3 stone to go... and yes that is spam on a plate with a candle, it was my daughters 16th birthday and she hates spam so wound her up saying it was her cake.

This is amazing! Well done! Lifting is magical . Maintenance is actually pretty easy as long as you have not done any extreme diet to drop the lbs. Congrats!3 -
Time lapse is 20 weeks. Still working towards my target of 180lbs.

F48 5'3" (2012) SW 277 CW 195.4 82lbs lost and 65 to go! I had a lot to learn and change, at first I gained and lost the first five lbs -I posted my frustration in my MFP blog! lols, poor past me, I know what you were doing wrong! I had a lot to learn. Well, and then applying it, the hard part really. I really was in for a fight, just not lucha libre like I was hoping...

5'3' 156lbs VS 120lbs Age 56 Fitness is a lifestyle if I want to age gracefully. Menopause was the hardest challenge during my 36lb weight loss. Keep tracking and working out friends! You got this!
I'm 54, 153lbs and want to get to 120 too. You're an inspiration to me. This hormone thing is quite daunting. I'm going lower carb/higher fat to see if that helps kick things into gear.19 -

This makes me very, very happy!!!!! Yay, you!!!!!!!6 -
I gained 20 pounds during the pandemic hitting 156 pounds (I am only 5'2"). At 121 now by doing intermittent fasting 16/8 during week days. I have been paying the gym since January 01st, but unfortunately not going, so while I lost the weight, I am super flabby.
I just wish I would find my way to make the gym part of my routine.
Curious what size were you at 156 vs now at 121. You’re killing it, so inspiring.

Awesome!. Great results. Keep it up. Hope you don't mind answering some questions. What was your weight in these pics? How long did it take to achieve this? What did you do? calorie deficit, lifting, cardio or all of them?3 -

What a difference! Please - age, what changes, workout?5 -
So- tough to gauge due to light, angle etc.- and scale hasn’t budged much- maybe 3 lbs- but clothes fitting better so there is that. Top left oldest to bottom right newest.

One full year of doing fitness pal and down 50 pounds. I’m looking forward to pushing myself outside my comfort zone this next year and accomplishing even more.

Keep at it. Other men (and women) really admire a man who is "in shape", even though they will seldom say it, but it is the reason guys like "Arnold" became a millionaire.2

Well done everyone very inspiring, maybe one day I will be to share mine!4

I'm down 95lbs in 20 months. It's a long process, but it's worth it. Aiming to lose 8-10lbs more then onto maintenance and recomposition.
