You're doing it and keeping your boobs! That was always the first to go on me!
Lol, the girls are holding on for dear life and gravity is not helping.

WOW!!! Amazing transformation!
Okay, man! Where did you learn how to use PhotoShop so well? I mean, those abs look toooooo danged good to be true! LOL! Awesome job, man! I am a bit envious. Amazing results. I respect the work that you put in the gym. And, first and foremost, in the kitchen!
That last comment is so sexist. Not all women work in the kitchen
@PAFC84 - is that "the last comment is so sexist" directed at me?2 -
Not quite at goal yet, but here's me in May 2013 (at my highest weight) versus me in October 2017 (now):
160lbs vs 132lbs. I still can't quite process that it's me in the right picture!!!
ETA: I have discovered through this experience that imgur has a public gallery, and that uploading a picture to it automatically posts it there for all to see --and comment. This was my first time posting a progress pic on the forum and I definitely wasn't expecting that level of vulgarity or nastiness when all I meant to do was share it on my friendly weight loss forum progress thread.
I am SO VERY SORRY you had to see any of that. Your hard work shows, which of course brings out the jellies.
Thank you for the heads up, because I didn't know my pics were going to a public gallery!
I’m so proud of you ! This site is safer than Imgur and it is sad that some people hide behind technology to be rude and nasty.

I've no idea. I'm not going to scroll back to look. Did you post about work in the kitchen? If so, then yes it was a comment based on your comment. It will have been said in jest though-and actually on a second reading my comment doesn't quite make sense. I should change it to-"its not just women that work in the kitchen".4 -

Total respect, man! What you have done is pretty freaking difficult with lots and lots of obstacles. Don't care how you placed in the competition.....looks like you totally rocked the stage. You can show your kids those pictures one day. How cool will that be??????14
