It’s possible to get healthy, but you have to make the decision to do it.

Question-why are there "disagree"s selected on these posts? How can you disagree with a photo?8

Sometimes people accidentally brush "disagree" when scrolling on a phone or other touch-screen device. (There are some other possibilities, but that's IMO the likeliest if there's *just* a photo, not some comment about a weight loss approach that others might disagree with.)
I've accidentally disagreed with posts myself, now try to be super careful when reading on my phone. For anyone who does disagree by accident and realizes it, touching the "disagree" again will un-disagree.20 -

Wow, @awnurmarc: Those first two guys look they might be related, but 2021 you looks bodily like a whole different guy. Nice work!5 -

TBH I often doze off as I’m scrolling and jerk my head up only to find I’ve disagreed with some post or other. The “disagree” button is in an awkward location for….errrr…… serial scroller snoozers.7 -
21 years old vs 25 years old
Highest weight was 450+ lbs, 6'0". Before photo was around 350-400. After photo 200 lbs. Goal weight unsure, but I reckon 160-170 lbs perhaps, but who knows. I don't really pay attention to the number too much anymore, just focused on losing the last of the fat, tightening the loose skin and gaining some much needed muscle.123 -

Nothing outnof the ordinary. Calorie counting and working out. All kinds of workouts, from zumba to HIIT to yoga to spinning to weights.
I incorporated intermittent fasting in the past 8 months, which helped me lose the last stubborn 20 lbs or so.

Terrific job! Dad, you'll be there for your girls for so many more years than you would have been without the weight loss. Thanks for the motivation.31 -

Wow, you have done AMAZING!!
Looking at your after photo, my first thought was that you have to be very tall because 296 looks quite svelte. Then I noticed the door frame, which confirmed it.15 -
I gained 20 pounds during the pandemic hitting 156 pounds (I am only 5'2"). At 121 now by doing intermittent fasting 16/8 during week days. I have been paying the gym since January 01st, but unfortunately not going, so while I lost the weight, I am super flabby.
I just wish I would find my way to make the gym part of my routine.
